UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Personalised & Custom Products

Many of our products are custom printed and personalised just for you, using the details and images you provide.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items if you change your mind. This is in line with UK consumer regulations for made-to-order goods.

Please double-check all names, photos, colours, and selections before placing your order.
If you’re unsure about anything at all, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re always happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
